Meet the IPC International Board of Directors
IPC International is governed by a Board of directors who, as active Subway Franchisees, bring a unique mix of experience and skills to help govern our strategic development.
The directors represent the needs of all Franchisees across IPC International member markets in EMEA and Asia Pacific, as well as the region within which they operate stores. Their role is to provide guidance to an experienced team of professionals at IPC International and hold them to account in delivering the mission to help Franchisees be more profitable and competitive – today and for the future.
The Board is also represented by an independent non-executive director and IPC International’s CEO. Subway is allowed to appoint a non-voting Observer to the Board.
The Board meets three times a year to review all aspects of the business and is consulted on ad hoc basis between meetings.
