Our Board plays an important role representing the interests of  Franchisee members they represent. With the exception of the Independent Non-Executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer, all Board Directors are active Franchisees, elected by Franchisees to represent their region or country. Subway is allowed to appoint a non-voting Observer to the Board. 

The Board is diverse, made up of single and multi-unit owners who collectively contribute over 200 years of experience within the Subway system. Their shared responsibility is clear:  to ensure  the voice of the Franchisee remains at the heart of every decision.
